Embed a form into your website

You can copy embed code from the Share dialog and add it to a page on your website.

  1. Open the form’s … menu and select Share.
  2. Choose Anyone links for a public website. Select an existing link, Create Anyone link for the first link, or New link for an additional one. Complete Microsoft authorization if prompted.
  3. Select Embed.
  4. Optionally expand Customize this link to configure Prefill, Redirect URL, or Email verification.
  5. Select Copy embed code and paste the code into your website’s HTML or embed block.

Embed code automatically enables Embed mode, which hides the app’s back button and extra menu options. Open in Microsoft Teams does not apply to embed code.

You can also embed a Specific access link for an audience with granted access. Embedding does not grant access or bypass email verification on an Anyone link. See Require email verification for share links for verification options.
